WHO WE ARE
Castillo Engineering, Inc. was founded in 2011 to focus on providing Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and other public entities with transportation projects. we are a Florida based Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Small Business Enterprise (SBE), and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) firm.
We provide highly qualified individuals with a balance combination of technical skills, experience, and fully certified through the Construction Technical Qualification Program (CTQP).
Our clients include both State and County agencies, such as FDOT, Florida's Turnpike Enterprise, Miami-Dade Expressway (MDX), Miami-Dade County, and Palm Beach County.
WHAT WE DO
Our Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) management Team act as the Department's representative, ensuring compliance with all laws, policies and procedures related to the Department's operations.
We monitor and evaluate whether our client's goals are being accomplished efficiently and cost-effectively; enforce performance of the contract terms and conditions; serve as a liaison with the consultants and contractors; and ensure that contractual services have been rendered in accordance with the Contract terms.
