SCOPE OF WORK

Four projects running consecutively consisting of upgrading the signalization system throughout the project corridor, reconstruction of intersection & median ramps, drainage improvements, widening, milling and resurfacing, signing, and lighting upgrades along seven different corridors.

As the Project Administrator Castillo Engineering administered the construction contract, ensured compliance with specifications, certification packages (including materials), and final as-built plans, performed schedule reviews, maintained a constant line of communication with FDOT officials, designers, stakeholders, utility owners, and respective agencies, managed inspection staff, coordinated all work with the contractors.
